Hmm, really looking forward to the Justine Mariabot AO rematch. Currently the best (most competitive) rivalry in women's tennis, right?
JJ Silliams will probably have a similar score line to last year.

Little Masha spit the bit against Daniela Hantuchova yesterday and blew a one set lead, the match and a place in the 2008 Australian Open quarterfinals.   So it's Big Masha to the rescue! ;D It's all set up for Sharapova to take out Henin, Serena and Venus back to back to back to claim the title and reclaim being Queen Masha!   One can dream, eh? That's what I'd want, though it'd be great to see Ana reach another Slam final. But she's definitely losing to Pee. Anyone but Justine, Venus and Serena. And who better than Queen Masha? |

I think JJ will indeed go. Home. No wait, there's still doubles. Maybe even mixed doubles. Or a 25K challenger somewhere in the Australian desert.
I just can't see a scenario other than a 6-2 6-2 drubbing. But that's what I thought about her match with Venus at the USO and she was 2 points away from winning that one, so... Nah, I don't she'll make it close.
I think this will be a horrible day.

OMG, Serena is sucking majorly. She's hitting everything in the middle or bottom of the net. She's not moving or hitting at all. I've never seen her so tight. I think she's just super nervous. What happened to all those beautiful aces?
Last year I would have rooted for Jankovic hands down. But her winning guarantees a boring SF. We saw last year how she can't beat Justine, she only chokes or tanks. So please wake up Serena and get those muscles moving.
