I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't watch! Or expect, or hope!

Above all the scores, there is a section titled "Select serve speed display." Change it there. On the AO home page, you should be able to change/add "favorites." I don't see the Serve speed display thing. It's on the Live Score page But I did find an "EDIT" button to the right of Sharapova's name, and I was able to ban her. Oh. I don't use that. If you use these live scores, you can change it: www.australianopen.com/en_AU/scores/index.html

Nice lob Jelena. Congrats on losing the match.
Serena has had tons of matches where she's acting as if she is injured/sick/suffering from chronic tiredness disorder. In the AO final against Lindsay she started that way too.
Personally I believe it is her being a giant drama-queen in combination with hypochondriasm and some other mental disorder.
She will be fine.

Of course it's Jankovic who pulls the timeout when she's ahead. This match is Yeah, I don't buy the quad excuse either. Sometimes, no more like very often, Serena just sucks. However, if she can keep it within one game, JJ should choke. She just needs to make sure it doesn't slip away too much.

Guess what? NBC was right to fire Bud Collins. I want his interrupting rambling antiquated ass off my coverage, please. First it's Dick Enberg and now it's Bud Collins? What do you have against broadcasting and journalism legends like Enberg and Collins that ESPN keeps compiling? Bud may talk too much but I'm glad ESPN hired him. Afterall NBC hardly let Collins talk the last 10 years he worked there.

What do you ahve against broadcasting and journalism legends liike Enberg and Collins? Um...they suck? At least Bud only sucks at one sport, Dick has to suck all over the dial. I mean, Dear Bud, no one cares about how many strokes are in a rally. Please tell us the RELEVANCE of the rally. That is something people care about. Love, Everyone.

Serena has had tons of matches where she's acting as if she is injured/sick/suffering from chronic tiredness disorder. In the AO final against Lindsay she started that way too. Her AO campaign last year was like that too, until the semis. I remember her looking like she was about to die against Peer. And then amazing gets, running side to side in full speed etc. And the worst thing is, the only thing you mustn't do in those situations is give her free points (for example, the lob ) and yet nobody is able to make it.

I actually like Bud Collins' inputs. He's old, so he knows the history and has lots of good stories and anecdotes about players, countries. NBC never let him talk before. Of course he's crazy and senile, but I like that he follows the sport closely, much more than any of the ESPNc ommentators. I get the sense that he checks the scores of matches religiously throughout the year. I remember last year in Miami seeing Bud go up to Misha and congratulate him on amazing play up to that point in 2007. Sometimes I wonder if ESPN commentators ever bother to follow the sport of check the scores of tournaments that they don't cover.

"Jankovic has got the trainer out on court at the change of ends as has Wililams. The injury for Jankovic occured in the last game as she crouched down to hit a forehand. She was so low to the court she had her left hand on the floor to steady herself. Williams' for her part apparently has a problem with her toe. Both women will receive a full injury time out for their respective injuries"

12 minute game. See, I weouldn't have known that if not for Bud? I thought they might be going after the Davenport/Dementieva game, but no. Serena holds for 3-3. ESPN is showing clips of Serena being pissed off and moving poorly during practice this morning.

He interrupted play at least twice to do that. Bud is fine when he's interviewing, or blabbing outside of matches. Live tennis? No. I miss the first few days watching online with no announcers...

I mean, Dear Bud, no one cares about how many strokes are in a rally. Please tell us the RELEVANCE of the rally. That is something people care about. Love, Everyone. It sounds like you should be in Bud's ear piece limiting his comments to solid commnets only because he has free reign at ESPN2 to say what he wants. But you make a good point about the number of strokes in a raly being irrelevant. But for some reason Bud loves to count the number of strokes.
