This board is slipping.
I like this Chase Buchanan. Playing a smart match and has a good attitude. Why doesn't Women's Tennis have anyone that doesn't play stupid shots and actually looks prepared.

Just watched the end of the Caravane/Lisicki first set, which - of course - Caravane served for, only to lose in the TB. As brainlessly spectacular as you'd imagine. Caravane suffering from a terrible first serve percentage, plus she always plays the kind of shots that get called "gutsy" until she smacks a stupid FH into the tramlines set point down.

I'm really starting to hate Safina. Also, I think Rogowska has proven that probably anyone in the top 500, if given a chance to repeatedly compete in slams, would eventually win matches if they play twits like Kirilenko. Zeballos in control against Berrer. Thus, already too good for Berlocq/Junqueira status. Where do we turn to now, ARG?

It would be fairly sweet if Safina lost early, and didn't get the chance to stink up more latter rounds, but you know this will be one of her trademark bullshit fighting wins.

Also, Verdasco is wearing the Mathieu shirt. Oh, Adidas.

And it's not just us that are haters of Women's Tennis. Just listen to Martina these last 2 days. She HATES the current state of the women's game, and has to critique every girl to death, like it pains her. And she is probably the most knowledgeable tennis female there is. So, yeah. Enough negativity. Go Zeballos.

Can the Safina match be cancelled. The quality is absolutely horrendous. And why must Safina scream COME ON!!111 after every point she wins. You suck. You shouldn't be losing games to this.

...and then loses seven straight points and the set, the last with a DF.
