Court 3 and Court 18 still going. Very localised showers, obviously. British weather!

Petra back on court, Fran still sitting down and refusing to play...

I knew Lisicki would be trouble for Masha after hearing that she was serving 10 dfs in her matches. Pathetic. But it's Lisicki who could chokesuckdie. BAG and Giorgi need to get rid of the trash today! Fucking Shitra.

Kvitova in control now. God. So lucky, though - only Fran's DFs kept in her that second set.

Good thing Fran is staging a protest...Shitra might have had more of a tussle here. And still could.
Bad draw for two of my favorites. Would have loved to see Fran dismantle MAKIRI!!!111<3

Wait did Shvedova hold? I've never been so glad to be at work, where I have power. And by "power" I mean electricity. Not actual power. Glad to see you're alive!

Court 3 and Court 18 still going. Very localised showers, obviously. British weather! I continue not to give a shit about Wimbledon, so I was totally confused when I looked at the scoreboard. Some courts are playing, others not. Did they close a roof at least?

I too am confused. Are the Marias too delicate to play in rain?

Did they close a roof at least? No. It's actually raining, so they're not going to close it.

FINALLY we get Petra vs Serena. Yes, LOL. Too bad no one will say it counted because of fatigue/injury/scheduling/rain.

Yes Lisicki is going to win to nobody's surprise. Maria's serve has been less than stellar at Wimbledon. Serena is going to rape Petra, isn't she?

It's funny how the women's game all of a sudden has grass specialists, and they're all so different. Paszek, Lisicki, Pironkova. What.

Yes Lisicki is going to win to nobody's surprise. Really Ali? After Lisicki's horrendous losing streak coming in?

Yes Lisicki is going to win to nobody's surprise. Well, I'm surprised. At least, I will be if it happens. And I'm not so sure about Serena.

It's funny how the women's game all of a sudden has grass specialists, and they're all so different. Paszek, Lisicki, Pironkova. What. Edgbaston was such a misleading warm-up. When Paszek lost to Keothavong and Lisicki lost to U-Rad there, I was like...OK, grass hasn't brought them back to life, they're just dreadful. Then this!

That was some clutch serving by Ma$ha. Lisicki isn't out of the woods yet. I smell comeback.

Did they close a roof at least? No. It's actually raining, so they're not going to close it. At least they're consistent in their SMRT decision-making.

Yes Lisicki is going to win to nobody's surprise. Really Ali? After Lisicki's horrendous losing streak coming in? Ali said "NID" when Lucic upset Bartoli! He lives in an alternate universe, where Rosol is the most famous player.

Yes Lisicki is going to win to nobody's surprise. Really Ali? After Lisicki's horrendous losing streak coming in? Yes because this is SEWTA. There's no method to the madness. And she is in the 4th round so she's not doing as poorly as earlier. But more importantly, Maria's been unimpressive. The doublefaults resurfacing = everything falling apart. I wish she'd lost to Tsveti instead - I'd have preferred her having another run as opposed to Lisicki.

If we end up w/ Sharapova Glorious Comeback Queen, Serena Doughty Warrior, and Kim the Graciously Saintly Winner, on top of Tigre winning yesterday? That's just a bad, bad couple of sports days right there.

Really Ali? After Lisicki's horrendous losing streak coming in? Ali said "NID" when Lucic upset Bartoli! He lives in an alternate universe, where Rosol is the most famous player. When did I say NID? I just didn't think it was SUCH A HUGE SHOCK considering Bartoli's injury reports from Eastbourne. Rosol the most famous tennis player? LOL! Janie, has the dementia finally kicked in? If that's not it, do pass over whatever it is you're smoking!
