CAKE holds.
All these matches are boring me. I'm going to bed.

Yeah, the schedule so far today has been blah.
I don't think I'll ever believe that Cake reached the Wimbledon final.

I like Dinara. I'm not sure why.
If she was taking performance enhancing drugs they weren't very good ones.

Yeah, I definitely didn't think I would see Marion in the final when I watched her struggle against Govortsova on Wimbledon's crappy Court 4 in an early round. But she played well. And she beat Misa, which was good. However, it also led to Vee winning easily, but I blame Justine for that.

Arvidsson is hot now. Seriously. I'd totally do her. I love this match. Krud-Ferrero starting now in a rematch of their lovely encounter in 06. Darcis sucking. He's better than this...

I like Dinara. I'm not sure why. If she was taking performance enhancing drugs they weren't very good ones. I know. And maybe it's not true. But there a German swimmer who won like 5 Gold medals all of the sudden and she had an awful face too. So yeah. Kiefer vs. Ferrero. Over or under 4 hours?

Terrible result for Agnes. Her draw had potential. I'm watching my Juanqui. He has some hot facial hair.

Uh oh, Marion's hurt. Grabbing her belly fat.

I like Ferrero's positive attitude and aggression to start. But knowing him, he'll get broken and start to slump those shoulders.
Kiefer looks buffer to me. And really old. Meanwhile, Ferrero looks young again. Thank god for that hair cut, much needed.

Ferrero just played one of the best defensive points of the tournament - I hope it pops up in a highlight reel. He ran from the net to the baseline and the ball was almost by him but he scooped it back, ran some more, and then Kiefer dumped the overhead in the net.

Both Dave's get through easily today.
They just have to play in the 4th round for like 5 hours.

I'm worried about Ferrer for Nalby - always his nemesis.
What is that weird baggy adidas outfit worn by the likes of Mirza and Cristea? Kinda cool, mostly not.
JCF dominating baseline rallies.

Cake is hurt, but I have no idea what's wrong. She's crouching down after every point. Then, playing like she's fine.
Go Sofia.

We have another good top ladies match, and perhaps another near-Serb upset! Cristea vs. Ivanovic. There's so much young talent on the tour. I think this is definitely still a transition period in the sport.

Ferrero hung on from 15-40 down. He sucks serving out sets, but he stepped it up from the baseline when he had to. Hitting the ball harder today than what I saw against Phil in Auckland.
ESPN needs to show the rest of this Cirstea girl. I'm intrigued. So many good young two-handed backhands!

Poor Cake. Fight, Cake. She always has bizarre injuries. Remember that one that was supposed to put her off the tour for months last fall? And then, like, she played the next week anyway.

Are t-shirts that looks like they've been through 10 years of use the new style now?
Ugh, Ana is not enjoyable to watch. Even the Aussie announcers comment on her stupid play.

OMG, Lucie lost the first set 1-6 to Castano...
And she has lots to defend here... not good.

Actually, I really like watching Ana. So much more than players like Kuznetsova and Vaidisova. She attacks and hits so many forehand winners, and plays relatively fast and has high energy all the time. I think her matches produce much more crowd interest around the world than a lot of girls in the Top 10.
But her opponent today has made me a fan too.

Lucie must be spraying the ball wildly to be losing that badly to Castano. She needs Mauresmo near her in the draw.

This is the type of opponent Lucie rarely has trouble against either... she usually struggles against the bigger hitters because her defense is poor. Blah.
As for Ana, I understand why she plays the way she does. She has the biggest groundstroke in the women's game. But, then she plays like she did against Venus, and that brings HATE.

Safina probably going down.
Oli is going to lose in straights to Querrey? Why is Oli really bad sometimes? He confuses me.

Ferrero's forehand is really on. Finally Kiefer gets a decent 1st round opponent at a GS, so sick of his lucky draws.
Ah, Bachmann. She will never win a GS match.

Ferrero on fire right now. 3 breaks to none in this match. I'm shocked at how well he's backed up his serve. Kiefer really doing nothing, just looking bored.
