Update: an old, fat guy is going to win. My fault.

LOLZ, he's almost lucky he didn't hole out for the win, because it looks like it's going to all be taken away...
Another choker I fall in love with. Hooray.

That was brutal. Dustin needs hugs.

That was brutal. Dustin needs hugs. One set all in the playoff. Either winner is acceptable, but the hunky higher-ranked Eurotrash more so.

If I were Dustin, I would have killed one of those old men. Imagine if he made that putt, oh my.
Either is fine, but I'd slightly prefer another winner that no USians know.

Kaymer won. He's pretty cute. It doesn't matter, I feel so bad for Dustin. He's now my favorite player forever.

He's going to win the Dustin Slam soon. Don't worry.

I have a decent feed for this Firestone thing today, not a sharp picture but no stops/starts. Makes me guardedly hopeful for watching some of the PGA, if real life permits, and if Tiger isn't annoying me by contending. He actually had 3 birdies in a row as soon as I turned this on today, but for once I didn't mind his little "late charge", because he's so far back.

Hey, good for me!
Janie, aren't you back in society yet? Please tell me you will be for the US Open (tennis).

No, I hate society and I hope to stay away from it until sometime late in October. At least this year I'll be able to watch some matches on my tv through my laptop.
I didn't stick with the golf, though. I was bored stiff. I switched to reading a book via Kindle software on my laptop. My life revolves around this laptop.

I hear Stevie Williams isn't so happy about his break-up with Tiger.
I think someone should remind him all he does is carry a bag.

Also, leave it to Adam Scott for when he finally wins, it still doesn't matter.

Lulz. Troof. So, this is tomorrow. Golf Normal People Care About goes away even faster than Tennis Normal People Care About

But only by 3 weeks or so. Anyway, Golf Abnormal People Care About goes on and on, just like tennis.

Yeah, but I don't care about the other golf, so I want them to spread the good stuff around.

It snowed once during the Scottsdale tournament, but nobody played. Wusses.

Just checked the tourney web site, and there is one choice for a livestream: the Tiger Woods group. Oh well, by the time I'm more likely to be in the mood to check in later in the day, that group should be finished, so that works out okay.

I know it's early and half the field hasn't even started, but...Steve Stricker, Bill Haas, Jerry Kelly. Just imagine that as your Sunday leaderboard. *shudder*

Looks like Adam chumped up at the end, but posted a decent score to start.
Maybe having the attention on his caddie rather than himself is actually a benefit?

So, according to the website, Bubba Watson birdied 12-13-14-15 and then bogeyed 18-1-2-3-4
